The staff at Bill’s Jewelry is the heart of our business.  Each member of our staff strives to give the personal attention and service you deserve.

Bill Hammen – As the owner and operator of Bill’s Jewelry, Bill is a master goldsmith, designer, and GIA certified jeweler.  He comes from a family of jewelers – his great-uncle, his father and three of his brothers have been in the jewelry business.  Bill has worked in the industry for over 30 years.  Bill and his wife, Jeanne, live in Grinnell.

Jeanne Hammen – Bill’s wife and co-owner, Jeanne, is a jack (jill) of all trades.  Jeanne writes all the ads, does the bookwork and paperwork, some ordering, and display, and works in sales when needed. She has worked in retail since she was sixteen and in the jewelry business for over 25 years.

Deb Shearer - A Jewelers of America certified senior sales associate, Deb is the sales manager at Bill’s Jewelry.  Deb and her husband Lonie have lived in Grinnell all their lives.  She has worked in the retail industry for over 30 years.

Amy Shepard – Amy is a full-time sales associate.  Amy and her husband, Carl, live in Searsboro.  They have two daughters, Katelin and Reece.

Darci Stepanek Dean - Darci is a full-time sales associate. She and her husband, Eric Dean, live in Grinnell. They have a boxer named Sam.

Vince Wallerich – Vince is a goldsmith and jewelry designer.  He graduated from Hawkeye Tech with an Art Degree.  Vince, his wife Amber, and daughter Ruby live in Grinnell.

Mary Duke, Ashley Powell, Becky Froias – As part-time sales associates, these people are extremely important to our business.  We could not operate without their talents and commitment.
